Convention will be taking place at the

Thursday, Feb. 13 - Sunday, Feb. 16, 2020

Single Occupancy: $1455 per adult. - If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added.

Double Occupancy: $1180 per adult. If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added.

Triple Occupancy: $1080 per adult. Two full size accommodations for a minimum of three adults. If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added.

Child Rates

0 to 3 years	No charge
3 to 11 years	$350 per child
12 to 18 years	$350 per child

Prices include hotel accommodations, meals and programming from dinner on Thursday through Sunday lunch.
The advertised cost per child are for children sharing a room with adults. Should you require an additional room for only children , there will be a $485 room fee in addition to the children's rates.
All children need to be registered through the registration page regardless of age. The price of babysitting is included in the child's registration.
All rooms have a mini refrigerator.
